- Finalizing the Agreement: Signing our Engagement Letter to define the exact services and monthly fees.
- Granting Access: Setting up secure connections to your accounting software and bank statements.
- Information Gathering: Collecting essential business data, such as your EIN, and current chart of accounts.
- The “Clean Slate”: Reconciling your historical data to ensure your books are accurate before regular monthly service begins.
- Setting the Rhythm: Establishing a recurring schedule for meetings and your monthly financial reports.
The setup cost varies, it is a one time fee, starting at $200. After a brief consultation, the cost will be determined by the complexity of your current financial records and how much clean up is required. Rest assured, we strive to keep it as reasonable as possible.
